That Solves That Problem

So, I went to the library with BigBrother this morning, ready for StoryTime and planning to tell my friends that the Munchkin and her Mom and brother would be attending next week’s class. I get there, stoked because I’m not late. In fact, I’m there before the mom of triplets. And, in fact, the parking lot is mostly empty! I hop out of the car, feeling like Super Mom.

Then I realize: it’s Break Week.

Cuss.

It’s okay, because our movie was due back today and we got some more books and a Thomas movie (VHS) which made BigBrother SUPER happy. We then went and bought me a new hair dryer (mine EXPLODED), an Easter dress, visited TheHusbandMan and then got home for lunch (and Thomas). I checked my e-mail to find a MySpace message from one of my friends from church AND library. You see, on MySpace, I have links to where else you can find me. Well, my friend started be-bopping around my sites. Of course, as I posted the Real Mom meme on the family blog yesterday, that’s what she read first.

So, she writes me a lovely, uplifting message that calmed my heart and made me feel at ease. Of course, I still have to physically walk in the door and introduce everyone but, hey, this is a step in the right direction. I feel good. I feel good.
So, AMY! Thanks for reading! :)

Sorry you didn’t have library class today… You must be a “scatterbrained old mom” like me (That’s what Kelsey calls me when I forget silly stuff!)

I’m glad your friend was so supportive! I hope that helps you feel a bit better. :c)
