Suz and Barb both posted this video. I waited to watch it until just a few moments ago… after dinner… after an emotional day as it was… but I don’t suppose it would have been an easy thing to watch this morning either. I want to share this with so many people. I want so many people to watch this and understand. I’ll be sending it to my Husband to watch later. He understands me but I want him to know… this isn’t just my reaction.
Anyway. Watch it. And pass it on.

I’ve spent the past week staying up late into the night reading the many blogs of first mothers linked throughout the web…with a broken heart that this is the true face of adoption.
I just did NOT know. Sadly, I was ignorant and thought babies were being “saved” I’m in school now and passionate about the foster care system and reform in that area…I had no idea that placing a baby into a family could be done in such a coersive way.
Thank you for sharing this video and educating those of us who just do not know.
