What Colors? What Colors?

As you know, this child that is currently confusing me with the current lower-pelvic pain/pressure that I’m having, will be our last child. In case you missed it, my health isn’t stellar and I have very complicated pregnancies. While I was hoping that maybe this one would be magically wonderful and easy, it hasn’t been and has just reinforced the fact that, no, we can’t do this again. And so, I’ll have two boys at home and one girl somewhere else.

I’ve told TheHusbandMan, for an eternity, that when we are finished having kids, I want this necklace. But since you can’t add to it after it’s made, I’ve held off. I can’t even order it for myself for Christmas (yet and who will have time to think of something like that after this kid comes) because we really don’t know: Will this kid be born in November or December. With the way things are progressing (two centimeters) and my track history (delivered all babies thus far at 38 (and a few days) weeks and I’m 38w1d today), it will most likely be November. But maybe he’ll fake us all out and stay in until his due date. Or later.

Ow.

And so, will my necklace feature two blue topazes with a citrine in the middle, and thus feature their birth order? Or two citrines with a blue topaz in the middle and symbolize the girl “between” a bunch of brothers? I’m interested to find out.

Sooner than later. Hear me, KID?!gt

Oooh, so pretty! Ah, and how interesting it will be to see how it turns out!

Thinking of you often (and checking in as much to see some news!)

LittleBrother is coming Nov. 22, because that is my date in the pool. :)

That is a lovely necklace. I hope Husband can steal away enough time post-birth to order it for you in time for Christmas.

Nov. 23rd seemed to work out well for me! But then again that WAS Thanksgiving last year!

Well, you could always do what a friend of mine did… she was due to be induced on a particular day and some family member of hers had the child’s name and BIRTHDATE engraved on something… and the kid came just minutes after midnight on the following day… heeheeheehee… it’s too good not to laugh! ;)

We’re in the great Nov./Dec. debate right now too, except I’ve been eyeing birthstone stuff for A. *sigh* Hopefully LittleBrother and A’s baby will come SOON!! (For your sake and for A’s!)
