I know it's wrong to envy, and I have to constantly work on not coveting what others have.

At first instinct, I'm wistful about this post. Thinking, I wish our son and I could have a relationship like that with his first mother. But then I have to chide myself and remember that ours is what it is for whatever reason.

And I wouldn't take any joy away from your Munchkin for any reason, so then my green monster place is quickly filled with such heart happiness for both you and her and the boys. She is very blessed to be able to pick up the phone and call for any reason. You are blessed to be able to help her stay comfortable with things and help all the kids figure out their places in this melded family unit.

Happy Thanksgiving, I'd say! Your heart soared? I got goosebumps reading this. I love her, your little girl, without knowing her. Because she is loved and loves you in return. She gives me hope.
